Duties and Responsibilities
-Loan portfolio management. -Client relationship management. -Customer service (Address customer queries and explain bank products and services). -Receive and process loan applications. -Conduct field assessments. -Perform any other duties within the scope of the job.
Qualifications and Experience
-Degree in Banking & Finance, Agriculture, or a related business degree. -Clean Driver’s license (2 years older) is mandatory. -Minimum of two years of experience as a Field Officer or Loans Officer in a financial institution.
