Goal Getters is looking for a loan Officer. The ideal candidate must possess the following
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identify potential clients and introduce them to Goal Getters 2. Visit clients to assess creditworthiness 3. Evaluate Loan applications and submit them for final approval 4. Prepare and explain Loan contracts to clients 5. Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio 6. Assess various risks that might affect the performance of the portfolio and advise management 7. Follow-ups and collection of debtors 8. Build and maintain good relationships with clients 9. Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Experience
1. Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing or any business-related program 2. Must be a holder of a clean class 4 driver's licence 3. Proficiency in MS Packages 4. Honesty 5. Willing to work 60% of the time in the field 6. Should be below 30 years
