Duties and Responsibilities

Review and manage all incoming contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure all business activities comply with legal standards.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the company.
Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for legal matters, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
Ensure that all company operations, including software development and deployment, adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
Educate and train staff on compliance-related matters and the importance of adhering to legal standards.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management and legal compliance, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements affecting the software industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in legal research and compliance management tools.
Preferred Skills:

Legal certification or advanced degree
Experience with compliance management systems and software.
Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations
