• Provide legal guidance on governance, compliance, and organizational policies. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. • Ensure the Foundation complies with applicable laws and regulations. • Advise on risk management and legal implications of proposed actions. • Represent the Foundation in legal matters when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's degree in Law or related field is an advantage. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably with non-profit organizations. • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance. • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
