Qualifications and Experience

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and experience:
-Doctorate in Management Sciences with specialization in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Leadership, Corporate Governance, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, or Management Information Systems.
-Three to five years of lecturing experience.
-Proven track record of research publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
-Successful supervision of students at both Master’s and Doctoral levels.
-Management or Consultancy experience.

Candidates should demonstrate the following competencies:
-Ability to plan and execute independent specialist and multi-disciplinary research programs.
-Strong interpersonal, language, and communication skills.
-Capability to work both in a team setting and independently without supervision.
-Commitment to continuous academic development.
