At least a Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Engineering, Geological/Geotechnical Engineering or related field;
BSc (Hons) Degree in Mining/Rock Mechanics Engineering or its equivalent, passed with at least a Lower Second (2.2) degree classification;
A PhD in Mineral Resources Evaluation, Extraction, Processing and Management fields, as well as University teaching experience would be added advantages;
Teaching experience at tertiary level and publications in related field or hands-on mining industry experience in related fields, as well as membership of a professional body such as the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers are not a must but desirable.
