Position Overview
The candidate will be expected to be involved in the teaching of undergraduate students in Analytical Biochemistry, Chemistry of Biomolecules, Principles of Enzymology and Immunology, Metabolic Processes and Advanced Biochemistry and Molecular Physiology. Supervision of student projects in the area of specialization will be expected.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-The candidate will be expected to be involved in the teaching of undergraduate students in Analytical Biochemistry, Chemistry of Biomolecules, Principles of Enzymology and Immunology, Metabolic Processes and Advanced Biochemistry and Molecular Physiology. Supervision of student projects in the area of specialization will be expected.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess a BSc Honours degree in Applied Biology and Biochemistry, Biochemistry or any other relevant field, and an MSc/ MPhil degree in Biochemistry. The candidate should possess at least 2 years of post-qualification teaching and/ or research experience in a higher education or research institution. A PhD (completed or ongoing) in Biochemistry will be an added advantage.
