Under the guidance of the Knowledge Management and Documentation Coordinator, the Knowledge Management Associate will provide comprehensive support to the Knowledge Evidence and Innovation unit. This role involves assisting with knowledge management systems, content generation, and contributing to research and innovation projects.
-Support the organization of knowledge management digital platforms in collaboration with the supervisor.
-Plan and schedule the utilization of knowledge-sharing platforms, including Zvandiri Connect, Zvandiri ECHO hub for case management sessions, and Pediatric and Adolescent courses.
-Assist in the dissemination of new materials, tools, and publications in the knowledge library.
Content Generation for Zvandiri Package and Materials:
-Support the brainstorming and development of Zvandiri packages and materials.
-Assist in proofreading knowledge materials generated.
-Participate in research and innovation projects as required.
-Support capacity-building activities for staff and stakeholders on accessing the Zvandiri Knowledge Library and other platforms.
-Collaborate with the Knowledge Evidence and Innovation (KEI) and IT team to develop strategies for user demands regarding electronic platforms for knowledge sharing and training.
-Collaborate with the KEI and IT team to develop new features and enhance existing functionalities of knowledge-sharing platforms.
-Collaborate with the IT team to develop monitoring systems for producing statistics and monthly reports.
-Provide administrative and logistical support to the KEI team.
Ad
-Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotions, Social Sciences, or related fields.
-Prior experience in conducting information research with the ability to analyze information and summarize key facts.
-Experience in using knowledge management/library systems is an added advantage.
-Ability to support and build knowledge products.
-High proficiency in MS Suite is required, and experience with WordPress is desirable.
-Proficiency in written and spoken English.
