As a Marketing Intern for a marketing creative agency, your primary responsibilities include supporting The Account Manager with smooth landing and execution of activations, recruitment of right profile of Brand Ambassadors and managing them, driving sales uplift, compiling client campaign reports, managing giveaways, driving product visibility, market penetration, and gathering market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Ambassador Management
• Assist with profiling and recruiting and training of brand ambassadors.
• Monitor consistent wearing of the correct brand uniform to maintain a professional BRAND appearance.
• Conduct surprise field visits to ensure brand ambassadors are approaching clients effectively and communicating the brand message clearly and eloquently.
2. Sales Uplift and Activation:
• Manage activation stations to ensure they are clean, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
3. Client Communication and Reporting:
• Compile and present reports summarizing daily and weekly campaign progress and results to the client.
4. Giveaways and Product Management:
• Help managing giveaways logistics and always ensure that each team always have sufficient supply.
• Monitor redemption of giveaways in line with the mechanic of the campaign strategy.
• Ensure that the redemption register is always maintained and has accurate records.
5. Market Research and Insights:
• Gather and analyze consumer behaviour and market insights during the campaign and include valuable insights in the weekly client reports.
6. Cost Management:
• Assist in tracking expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project.
7. Logistics and Activation Elements:
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of giveaways to prevent shortages during the campaign.
• Coordinate the delivery of campaign elements to ensure they reach activation sites timely.

Qualifications and Experience
• Newly qualified graduates with diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
