job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Issuing Stores Clerk to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate issuing of stock items, maintaining proper stock records, and ensuring efficient inventory control within the stores department.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Issue stock against approved requisitions
-Maintain accurate bin cards and records
-Capture issues in the inventory/ERP system
-Coordinate with workshops and operations
-Support stock counts and audits

Qualifications and Experience

-Diploma or Degree in Warehousing, Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or
Materials Management.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in stores issuing or inventory control
-Experience in a generation plant or trucking company is an added advantage
-Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
-Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word).
-High level of integrity and attention to detail.
