Fuel suppliers
-Motor vehicles servicing, spare parts, and Tyres
-Solar power supply, installations, solar piped water scheme installations, and servicing/repairs
-Printing services, stationery, and Publishing services
-ICT Equipment and consumables, ICT Software development services
-Office furniture and Equipment including Repair and maintenance of office equipment
-Office cleaning services and Sanitary equipment
-Consultancy Services
-Insurance services
-Groceries
-Corporate wear, personal protective wear and gifts, Signages, banners and branding, Advertising agency and Graphic designing services
-Filming photography; PA system and audio visuals
-Customs Clearance
-Disaster response materials and equipment,
-Medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and other consumables
-Water and Sanitation Supplies
-Security- 24hrs Guard services, Monitoring/Reaction/Response services, Security Equipment--Surveillance/alarm systems, Consultancy & Training.
-Fire – Fire equipment installation and servicing, Training and Consultancy.

Qualifications and Experience

This invitation is extended to all existing suppliers/manufacturers/service providers of goods and services, including those currently supplying Zimbabwe Red Cross. Interested bidders are required to provide their application with the following information:

Certified copy of CR14 (Showing directorship)
Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation.
Certified copy of the current VAT Registration certificate and/or
Certified copy of valid tax clearance certificate
At least three traceable trade references.
Company profile
Postal and Physical business addresses.
Banking details.
Copy of the receipt for a non-refundable fee
All applicants should submit two hardcopies in a sealed envelope and endorsed on the outside with the category of interest and should not exceed three categories. A non-refundable fee of USD $100.00 or ZWL equivalent on submission of applications. All applications should be submitted by Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
