INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS (IFP): ENHANCEMENT OF IMPILO ENGAGE TWO-WAY TEXTING APPLICATION

Duties and Responsibilities

The consultant will:
-Conduct a comprehensive review of the current application.
-Develop technical documentation for new features and update existing documents.
-Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand ART clients' needs.
-Present recommendations, incorporating feedback into an enhancement plan.
-Develop a detailed plan for implementing enhancements.

Deliverables:
The consultant is expected to deliver:
-Initial report on the current application review and stakeholder feedback.
-Clear recommendations for application enhancement.
-Final report with a detailed enhancement plan, implementation timeline, resource requirements, and monitoring framework.
-Development of enhancements, integration with SMS aggregator, and linkage to the National Health Information Exchange platform.
-Signed User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and Quality Assurance Tests (QATs).

Timeline:
-The consultancy is expected to be completed within 3 months, with regular progress updates.
