Investment Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

-Analyzing and evaluating prospective private equity investment opportunities.
-Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential investment trends and opportunities by collecting and assessing company and industry information.
-Assisting in the due diligence, structuring, and closing of new private equity investments.
-Constructing detailed financial models, term sheets, investment appraisal presentations, bid letters, and agreements.
-Reviewing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually, ad-hoc) and key return metrics for portfolio companies.
-Creating, managing, and maintaining quarterly investment valuation reports and financial models.
-Engaging extensively with senior management of target companies and investee companies.
-Providing regular feedback to clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-Conducting special research as required, offering support in various areas, and contributing to other special projects or duties as assigned.
