• Serve as the vital bridge between the Integrations and Operations (Accounting) teams.
• Take ownership of specific tasks related to the onboarding of new practices.
• Oversee diligence documentation, Smartsheet checklists, and the organization of databases.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to transfer and uphold account details.
• Conduct Google Drive training sessions for Practices and manage resource access.
• Schedule and partake in essential meetings, including end-of-day reviews and integration calls.
• Prepare and refine presentation decks, while tracking integration progress.
• Manage provider codes, billing accounts, credit card terminals, and bank access.
• Ensure PCI compliance and meticulously record minutes during key meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of the
organization.
• Exceptional organizational prowess and an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Google Drive, and a quick learner of new software.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Project management or relevant experience is essential.
