CIMAS is currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Information Systems Auditor – Risk and Assurance. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting system audits, assessing risks and internal controls, and contributing to departmental and divisional-level risk management. Duties and Responsibilities

-Perform system audits, ensuring timely and efficient completion of audit activities.
-Evaluate business processes to assess risks and internal controls, identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and implementation issues.
-Support departmental and divisional-level risk management by identifying, validating, and prioritizing risks.
-Document audit tests and findings in audit work papers, ensuring adherence to Internal Audit Standards and best practices within agreed deadlines.
-Prepare draft reports in line with Internal Audit Standards and best practices to communicate audit findings.
-Follow up on previous audit findings and recommendations, reporting to the Information Systems Audit -Manager and Head of Risk and Assurance monthly to ensure resolution of control deficiencies.
-Communicate audit progress, findings, and highlight unresolved issues in meetings.
-Program and develop business intelligence dashboards.
-Conduct big data analytics, prepare data analytics work papers, and generate reports.
-Decide on the adequacy of departmental risk registers and assess the corresponding risk impact, likelihood, and assumptions.
-Determine the most effective and efficient algorithm for developing Power BI dashboards, big data analytics scope, and assignment of sections to internal auditors.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
-Information Systems Audit Professional Certification preferred (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor).
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Auditor.
-Strong IT, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
-Clear verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for preparing accurate reports.
-High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
