INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Zhouye Investments Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in iron wire and nail manufacturing, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced Industrial Engineer to join its growing manufacturing operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing industrial production systems, improving manufacturing efficiency, managing advanced industrial machinery, and supervising factory operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise iron wire and nail manufacturing operations;
• Manage advanced industrial production machinery and automated systems;
• Monitor machinery calibration, maintenance, and operational efficiency;
• Implement production optimization and quality assurance systems;
• Manage industrial automation processes and workflow systems;
• Supervise technical staff and factory engineering operations;
• Reduce production downtime and improve manufacturing output;
• Assist with installation and configuration of industrial manufacturing equipment;
• Ensure compliance with operational safety standards and production procedures;
• Prepare production and operational performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field;
• Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in industrial manufacturing operations;
• Experience working with automated industrial production systems;
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, factory systems, and manufacturing processes;
• Experience in iron wire, steel, metal processing, or nail manufacturing industries will be an added advantage;
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to supervise technical and production teams;
• Good communication and organizational skills.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate practical knowledge and experience in the following systems:
• PLC-controlled industrial machinery;
• Automated wire drawing systems;
• High-speed nail manufacturing equipment;
• SCADA industrial monitoring systems;
• Servo motor synchronization systems;
• VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems;
• Industrial hydraulic and lubrication systems;
• Industrial quality control and defect detection systems.
