in a fast-paced ICT environment. As an ICT Graduate trainee, you will be a key
member of our dynamic team, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues,
assisting with system maintenance of our software solutions and participating in IT
projects under the guidance of senior staff. This role requires a solid understanding of
information systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-
paced and collaborative environment.
• Helpdesk support: Attending to user queries, troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems
• Hardware and Software support: Assist with PC hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration and maintenance
• System administration: Assist with tasks like user account management, software updates and system backups
• Disaster Recovery: Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.
• Project implementation: Assist with the implementation of new technologies or upgrades to existing systems.
• Documentation: Document changes to applications software and systems.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on project progress.
• Troubleshooting and testing: Helping in testing internal software solutions
Ad
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent
• At least one year relevant Industrial attachment experience in ICT field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical applications
• Basic accounting knowledge
