We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our esteemed team. Human Resources Recruitment & Placement of Staff:
-Execute recruitment strategies aligned with the Group Recruitment Policy.
-Train Line Managers in the use of recruitment selection tools.
-Provide alternative candidate sourcing options for vacant roles.
-Maintain high standards in candidate selection decisions.
-Implement smooth onboarding for new employees in collaboration with the Talent Management Department.
Performance Management:
-Collaborate with Talent Development to train Line Managers in the use of Performance Management tools.
-Provide guidance to Line Management and Staff on areas needing assistance.
-Identify performance gaps and recommend interventions in collaboration with the Talent team.
-Advise and coach Line Management in the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans.
-Facilitate the Performance Management cycle and recommend areas for system improvement.
Industrial Relations:
-Provide guidance on Industrial Relations matters to Line Management and staff.
-Offer timely solutions on IR challenges, queries, or inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor law statutes.
-Guide Line Management on proper handling of disciplinary matters.
-Prepare submissions on labor case appeals and handover notes to the CBZ Group legal department.
-Coordinate processes related to employee representative bodies.
HR Systems and Reporting:
-Recommend improvements on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
-Conduct HR research and surveys on various subjects for benchmarking.
-Undertake effective HR intelligence for proactive issue management.
-Prepare Management Information and reports within stipulated timeframes.
HR Relationship Building:
-Undertake HR relationship-building activities through visits to Branches/Departments.
-Attend business meetings and guide on HR issues requiring attention.
-Advise Line Management in effective managerial controls and cost-effective HR procedures.
-Nurture relations with tertiary institutions for potential future employees.

-A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant business or social science field.
-Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in HR, preferably within the financial services sector.
-Professional certification/qualification in HR is advantageous.
