job Description

This job exists to support NMB through day-to-day administration of the human resources function, development of the human resource and creation of a harmonious industrial relations environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Main duties include;
-Facilitate resource acquisition and placement in line with the current and future strategic needs of the organization.
-Identify and recommend initiatives to develop high-potential employees.
-Support talent mapping initiatives to create development plans and succession pathways within the organization.
-On-board new recruits into the system as per induction guideline per level.
-Collaborate with teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.
-Enforce compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices in talent management.
-Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
-Maintain accurate HR records, track key HR metrics, and generate reports to provide insights on talent management activities and trends.
-Coordinate the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data, providing feedback to employees, and supporting managers in addressing performance issues.
-Provide administrative support on employee relations matters
-Process and reconcile payroll
-Coordinate the management and governance of employee contacts in line with legislation provisions.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Science/ related Business degree
IPMZ Diploma
