Nash Furnishers is currently seeking a dedicated HR (Human Resources) Officer to support the HR department in executing various administrative functions. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the HR team and other organizational members to ensure seamless HR operations.
Recruitment and Selection:
-Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
-Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and arranging orientation programs.
-Conduct exit interviews and process relevant documents for outgoing employees.
-Maintain and update employee records, accurately updating the HR database.
Training and Development:
-Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees.
-Track employee training and maintain training records.
-Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
Employee Relations:
-Provide administrative support in disciplinary and grievance matters.
-Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
-Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
HR Policies and Procedures:
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
-Maintain and update the HR policy handbook.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
-Assist in the annual performance appraisal process.
-Manage leave records, time tracking, and attendance systems.
HR Reporting and Analysis:
-Assist in generating HR reports and analytics for management.
-Maintain and update HR dashboards and metrics.
-Assist in analyzing HR data for trends.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
-Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
