In this role, you will form part of the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. The HC Consultant role focuses on implementing the people plan for the designated client area. The HC Consultant is responsible for partnering with their clients and providing advice/guidance, across the full scope of HR practices and ensuring the correct implementation of HR processes. The successful candidate will be individually accountable for achieving results through the self, over periods of 3 months-1year.
