HR Assistant is responsible for assisting the daily operation of the Human Resources Department, supporting employee recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's human resources management.
Recruitment and Selection:
Assist in posting recruitment information, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Conduct preliminary interviews and background checks, and provide feedback to the hiring manager.
Employee Training and Development:
Assist in organizing employee training programs, coordinating training instructors and participants.
Maintain training records and track training results.
HR Document Management:
Responsible for the handling of new employee entry and resignation procedures.
Maintain employee files to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee inquiries and complaints, and maintain good employee relations.
Organize team building activities to promote communication and cooperation among employees.
Salary and Benefits:
Assist in handling employee salary, attendance and related welfare matters.
Update salary structure and welfare policy related information.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze human resources related data, prepare reports to support decision-making.
Assist in employee satisfaction surveys and analysis feedback.
Education: Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, business management or related majors.
Experience: Those with experience in human resources are preferred.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software and personnel management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
