Duties and Responsibilities

•Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the lodge
•Train new employees in their duties and responsibilities
•Schedule and assign work tasks to employees
•Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards
•Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
•Investigate accidents and incidents and take appropriate action to prevent recurrences
•Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
•Prepare reports on employee performance and departmental operations
•Enforce safety regulations and policies
•Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
•Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new staff
•Conduct performance reviews for subordinates
