INVITATION FOR ENLISTING ON THE HOSPAZ SUPPLIERS LIST (2024-2025)
Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Zimbabwe (HOSPAZ) is a registered Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 13/99) that promotes and supports palliative care throughout Zimbabwe.
Duties and Responsibilities
HOSPAZ is inviting current and reputable interested prospective suppliers to apply to be listed on the database of Approved 2024-2025 Suppliers List. Suppliers being invited are those in any of the following lines of business: 1- Provision of Stationery and Office Supplies 2- Provision of Printing services (to include corporate wear, branding material, publications) 3- Provision of Accommodation/Conference Facilities 4- Provision of Motor Vehicle services (to include tyre fitting; balancing; alignment) 5- Provision of ICT equipment and accessories and repairs 6- Provision of Insurance Services 7- Provision of Furniture Supplies 8- Provision of Electrical equipment and Fittings 9- Provision of Uniform supplies 10- Provision of Sports Equipment 11- Provision of Pharmaceuticals and Medical supplies 12- Provision of Office branding and vehicles
Qualifications and Experience
Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide the documents listed below: 1- Introductory letter 2- Company profile detailing the type of business and physical address 3- Certificate of Incorporation 4- Memorandum of association 5- CR14 6- Tax Clearance 7- VAT registered, preferably 8- Payment terms and preferred methods of payment 9- At least 5 reputable and verifiable references
How to Apply
Procedure Interested companies are required to present the abovementioned documents to HOSPAZ on or before Wednesday October 23, 2024. Prospective suppliers are required to collect a suppliers’ application form prior to submission of the required documents. • The completed forms shall be returned accompanied by the above listed documents on or before Wednesday October 23, 2024. • A nominal fee of US$20 will be charged for each applicaton • Late submissions will not be entertained, and no discussions will be entered into • The submissions should be sealed and clearly state the category applied for • Only successful companies will be advised in writing by November 10, 2024
