Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for Youths Living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Strategic Information & Evaluation to provide technical leadership and oversight to our monitoring, evaluation, and research activities on a volunteer basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support on monitoring, evaluation, and research - Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and research strategies and plans - Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation - Develop and disseminate reports, briefs, and other strategic information products - Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government agencies - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research - Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is an added advantage - Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and research principles and practices - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
