Duties and Responsibilities
• Market and product research and analysis. " Review local market conditions to identify avenues for growth and potential for expansion. • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction for products sold and services marketed. * Ensure business growth in terms of new customer acquisition and retention, onboarding of new private sector corporates on payroll deduction and overall disbursements. • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy with Operations Manager, • Define most important social media KPts with Operations Manager. • Manage and oversee social media content with Operations Manager " Measure the success of every social media campaign with Operations Manager • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies * Use social media marketing tools & Google advertising tools • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization • Present reports to senior Management
Qualifications and Experience
Competences - A first degree from a recognized University is a minimum requirement - Diploma (Sales and Marketing) will be an added advantage -Social Media management and Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
