Qualifications and Experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Professional Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Conservation or related field.
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant NGO experience (conservation or development preferred).
•Experience in philanthropic grant management essential
•Strong communication skills with exposure to high-net-worth donors.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appropriate use of AI tools.
•Valid Class 4 Driver’s License.

Skills & Competencies
• Critical thinker with strong analytical ability
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity and attention to detail

Advantageous
• Experience in conservation or development NGO sector
• Experience working in remote environments
• Experience with bilateral and institutional grant management

•A personable and confident communicator with excellent writing skills.
•Humble, honest, composed, and emotionally intelligent.
•Able to lead and influence people across departments.
