Duties and Responsibilities
The training will specifically focus on all aspects of the Operations department. The training programme will run for 24 months • The trainee is expected to be ready to be deployed into a substantive position should one be available at the end of the 24 months and should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the different areas covered during the training period
Qualifications and Experience
• A degree (2.1 or better) in Insurance and Risk management The candidate must be ready to move to Bulawayo or already based in bulawayo Have at least 1 year working experience Self-drive and motivation Highest level of integrity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player capability and high level of confidence
