Sunningdale Medical Center in Harare seeks a Graduate Trainee- Software Developer. As part of the ICT team, the Graduate Trainee’s overall responsibility is to assist in the design, development, testing and maintenance of new as well as existing applications and systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Analyze and develop technology platforms, partnerships and internal systems. •Implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs of Sunningdale Medical Centre •Support developed business systems according to Sunningdale Medical Centre standards and polices. •Ensure security in development of business systems. •Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics. •Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. •Ensure all systems are satisfying business / users’ requirements 99.9%.
Qualifications and Experience
1.A degree or certificate in Computer Science or Information Systems from a recognized institution. However practical experience will be considered. 2.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Android, PHP, and Web based technologies, Python and .Net. 3.Integration skills an added advantage. 4.Web development is an added advantage using Scriptcase. 5.Graphic Design and Multimedia skills. 6.Any certification in IT programming and coding is an added advantage. 7.A minimum of 1 year working experience. 8.Proven previous projects worked on is an added advantage. 9.Fast Learner who has the passion to grasp concepts. 10.Willingness to work outside of normal working hours. 11.Results driven and motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 12.Highly innovative and agile
