The Graduate Trainee at the Africa Institute for Carbon Trading and Sustainability will be instrumental in advancing the organization's digital marketing efforts and boosting its visibility within the carbon markets and sustainability sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Conducted market research to identify trends and opportunities in the carbon markets, climate change programming, and sustainability issues.
- Prepare promotional materials and content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).
- Proficiency in AI, Corel Draw, editing, and other graphic tools.
