The University seeks to engage a Graduate Trainee in the Bursar's Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, Bursar's, you will be -Receipting cash using accounting software -Ensure timeous banking of all cash receipts -Accurately capture receipts and invoices into their respective receivable accounts -Assist in the production of management reports -Timeously attend to client requests on all financial matters -Petty cash management -Assist in planning for the year-end audit -Monthly reconciliations for both Debtors and Creditors
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Banking and Finance/Finance
