Duties and Responsibilities
The Job: •Educate individuals about the benefits of Micro pensions. •Market and enroll new clients into the Donhodzo Micro pension scheme. •Drive Sales and consistently achieve monthly targets •Represent the brand with integrity in your community. •Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships. •Convert at least 80% of new business, ensuring contribution collection
Qualifications and Experience
The Person •Passion for financial empowerment and social impact. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Experience in sales, microfinance, insurance,pensions or community outreach is a plus. •Ability to work independently and proactively. •Fluency in local languages is an advantage.
