General Manager – Managed Services

Duties and Responsibilities

-Define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the organization’s Managed Services function.
-Formulate, set, and communicate clear Managed Services short to long-term strategic direction, goals, and objectives aligning with Cassava AI's business strategy.
-Determine the strategic drivers for Managed Services at any given time to achieve Cassava AI's profitability targets, sustaining the business as a going concern.
-Align the Managed Services strategy with broader business objectives and ensure it supports key organizational goals.
-Anticipate future needs and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of Managed Services.
-Develop a strategy for each client, aligning it with the client organization’s vision and plans to secure Cassava AI’s position as the best partner for current and future services.
-Oversee Managed Services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet organizational standards.
-Implement and oversee data governance policies and practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for managed services.
-Champion the ethical use of data within client organizations to foster trust among clients, stakeholders, and the broader public.
-Prepare and present reports to Cassava AI senior management and Clients’ senior management on the status of the disaster recovery plan.
-Develop and monitor AI and Software development policies, systems, and procedures in line with overall business objectives and best practices.
-Implement best practices to validate the functionality, performance, and security of digital products and infrastructure components.
-Manage relationships with external vendors and partners in the data and analytics space.
-Engage customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
