The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, focusing on optimizing efficiency, elevating service and brand standards, achieving both short and long-term goals, and fostering business growth and enhanced profitability within a fiercely competitive market.

-3-5 years of proven General Manager experience in the realm of luxury 5-star hotels.
-Preference given to candidates with prior regional and international exposure.
-Possession of a recognized, professional qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
-Exceptional written and communication skills.
-Robust background in Front Office, Guest Relations, and/or Food & Beverage.
-A customer-centric mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service, experiences, and F&B offerings.
-Strong leadership qualities, organizational prowess, and adept problem-solving skills.
-Enthusiastic, energetic, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
