The successful candidate would be responsible for: Establishing and updating corporate goals and objectives, business philosophy, short and long-term business plans for the company. Ensuring the growth and protection of the company’s market share.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications The ideal applicant must possess the following qualification: At least a Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Management or related field. A strong leader with good interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, proven performer with a strong management track record. High computer literacy. An individual who works with minimum supervision and can motivate fellow staff. Mature, creative individual with the ability to work under pressure and to balance competing priorities and meeting deadlines. A clean criminal record. At least 10 years’ working experience in a senior managerial position, preferably in a production engineering environment.
