Panagora Group is a woman- and employee-owned small business that offers a range of international development and global health services and experts. We provide short- and long-term technical assistance at the country level or in Washington, D.C. Drawing on decades of experience across all developing regions, our team offers a range of foundational international health and development services, with specialized expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL); private - sector solutions; capacity strengthening; knowledge management; and communications.

Panagora is currently seeking applicants based in Zimbabwe and the region for long-term positions listed below. All potential positions will be based in Zimbabwe and will be contingent upon contract award. Please include a cover letter, noting the position for which you are applying, and resume. Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist :
Five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in project management of development projects
At least eight (8) years of experience related to monitoring, evaluation, statistics and/or monitoring projects related to development.
At least (3) years of experience supervising research teams and/or subcontractors, and managing evaluation, statistics and/or monitoring projects related to development.
Skilled at overseeing a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from the inception of surveys and evaluations to methodological design and technical quality assurance.
Proficient in data analysis, producing accessible knowledge products, and crafting data visualizations that empower evidence-based decision-making.
Strong ability to communicate analytical data to diverse audiences for learning purposes and decision-making and adaptation.
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical background and familiarity with methodologies such as cost-benefit analysis and econometric methodologies, Political Economy Assessments (PEA)and other methodologies.
Master's degree in social sciences or related field.

Evaluation Expert:
Data Management, Analysis, and Visualization Specialist:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible management experience in project management of development project.
Five (5) years of valuable expertise in data analysis, with a preferable focus on the international development sector. With a demonstrated track record of leading data management, storage, use, and analysis activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and systems.
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis and data visualization and the presentation of complex data in an insightful and compelling manner.
Proficiency in data analysis software, encompassing SPSS, Stata, ATLAS- ti , and Nvivo , as well as their mastery of data visualization tools like Tableau, ESRI ArcGIS, R, D3, Quantum GIS, and Adobe Creative Cloud, is an advantage.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Experience implementing data management systems is preferred.
Experience providing capacity building is preferred.
Experience with machine Learning and AI is preferred.
Preferably has a grasp of USAID's program cycle and associated policies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, or a related field.

Graphic Designer:
Professional in plastic arts, film and television, social communication, graphic design, industrial design, or related careers.
Adobe Creative Cloud package domain .
Microsoft Office 365 Package Domain .
At least 5 years of verifiable experience in the layout and design of graphic pieces and knowledge of video production and editing.
Knowledge of video production and editing.
Experience in exploring different communication languages.
Knowledge of how the virtual platforms Google Meet, Zoom, Teams and BlueJeans work .
Experience in creating audiovisual communication pieces and materials for social networks.
Previous experience in developing communication pieces for USAID will be valued.

Qualifications and Experience

Evaluation Expert:
Master's Degree in social sciences or related field, with at least eight (8) years of experience in research, evaluation, statistics and/or monitoring projects related to development;
OR a Bachelor's degree in a similar field of education with at least ten (10) years of progressive experience in research, evaluation, statistics and/or monitoring projects related to development.
A demonstrated ability to assemble, quickly and effectively, and manage highly-skilled , interdisciplinary teams to implement detailed, organized, timely, accurate M&E programs.
At least five (5 ) years of experience must be in designing, implementing, managing, and analyzing the results of both performance and impact evaluations of development projects.
Familiarity with USAID's objectives, approaches and operations, particularly as they relate to monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
