Job Description -Solicitation Number: EMIWA-PROC-RFP-2024-08 Solicitation Type: Request for Proposals (RFP) – General (Individual Consultants and Firms) Procurement Description: Collaborating with the EMIW technical team, the GESI Strategy Consultant will conduct a comprehensive gender, equity, and social inclusion (GESI) analysis and develop a corresponding plan to identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and formulate strategies to engage women, men, youth, and people with disabilities for the USAID Effective Management of Irrigation Water Activity. Anticipated Period of Performance: Between March 18, 2024 – April 19, 2024 Place of Performance: Remote work is expected. Travel to West Bank is optional but not required. Contracting Party: CNFA

Qualifications and Experience

Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and considered only at CNFA’s discretion. Offerors must strictly follow the deadlines provided in this solicitation to be considered for award.
Offer Validity: -Offers must remain valid for not less than 30 calendar days after the offer deadline.
Award: -Award will be made to the offeror who is determined to be the best offeror per the evaluation criteria and methodology provided herein. CNFA will not issue an award to different offerors, entities, or third-parties other than the selected offeror(s) which submits an offer in response to this solicitation. CNFA anticipates awarding a Fixed Price Agreement to the selected offeror(s).
Terms and Conditions: -The resultant award is subject to CNFA’s standard Terms and Conditions as stipulated in Section 6.
