Duties and Responsibilities
• Plant Care: Planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and applying treatments to flowers, shrubs, and trees. • Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, raking, and aerating lawns. • Pruning & Trimming: Shaping hedges, shrubs, and trees to maintain appearance and health. • Weeding & Pest Control: Removing weeds and treating pests and diseases. • Ground Maintenance: Clearing debris, litter, and maintaining pathways. • Equipment Operation: Safely using and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery. • Soil Management: Preparing garden beds, amending soil, and managing irrigation systems.
Qualifications and Experience
• Ordinary Level education at least 5 passes. • Supportive and caring for customers. • Commitment to the rights of the customers. • Accountable & able to accept responsibility. • Good communication & listening skills (written & verbal). • Able to work as part of a team. • Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
