The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient support for the entire staff. Successful front office administrators should possess experience in office administration and excellent communication skills when interacting with the public.
-Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
-Assist in maintaining office supplies and overseeing day-to-day activities.
-Draft memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other necessary reports.
-Handle basic inquiries and sort incoming mail.
-Maintain a tidy reception area while adhering to professional etiquette.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
-Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
