Duties and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange shipments to ensure timely shipment and delivery
Track shipment status to ensure shipments arrive safely and on time
Communicate with suppliers, carriers and customers to maintain transparency and resolve issues during shipment
Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as shipping notes, customs documents, etc.
Monitor shipping costs and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs
Collect and analyze shipping data and provide reports and recommendations to management
Assist in handling customer shipping inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

College degree or above, logistics, supply chain management or related majors preferred
1 year or more of freight coordination or related logistics experience
Familiar with relevant regulations and procedures for shipping and logistics operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, proficient in local languages preferred
