Vacancy: Freelance Loans Officer
Location: Zimbabwe (Freelance/Commission-Based)

We are looking for motivated, results-driven, and experienced Freelance Loans Officers to join our growing team. Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-Market and promote the company's loan products.
-Source and recruit new clients.
-Meet with loan applicants to assess their financial needs.
-Collect and verify all required loan application documents.
-Educate clients on loan terms, policies, and repayment obligations.
-Submit complete loan applications promptly.
-Respond to client enquiries professionally.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience marketing loan products.
-Sound knowledge of Salary-Based (SSB) Loans, Private Sector Loans, SME Loans, and Individual Loans.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong sales and customer service orientation.
-Ability to work independently and meet targets.
