Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and promote the company's loan products to prospective clients. - Identify and bring on board new clients. - Engage loan applicants to understand and assess their financing needs. - Gather and confirm all required loan application documentation. - Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment obligations to clients. - Submit completed loan applications in a timely manner. - Handle client questions promptly and professionally. - Adhere to company policy and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience marketing loan products. - Good understanding of Salary-Based (SSB) Loans, Private Sector Loans, SME Loans, and Individual Loans. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - A strong sales orientation and commitment to client service. - Self-motivated and able to work independently towards targets.
