FOOD AND BEVERAGES SUPERVISOR: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (1 POST)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to: Ensure efficient organisation of the work of all Restaurant and Bar outlets ensuring information is correctly transmitted to all Supervisors and management Oversee and coordinate operations in the restaurant, Bar and Kitchen Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Optimise earnings (number of covers and average spend per Cover) or the restaurant & Functions outlets Take part with the Senior Cook & Barman and Assistant Inn Manager in preparing Menus Check and analyse operational reports complied in connection with turnover, average price per cover, ratios, business forecasts, staff schedules Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Appraise staff performance and give feedback to improve productivity Ensure compliance with sanitization, health safety regulations Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste in all areas of responsibility Conduct training on excellent customer service experiences practices
Qualifications and Experience
Degree/Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management/ Culinary Arts/Food and Beverage Supervision A’ Level passes will be an added advantage. At least 5“O” levels including English Language At least 1 1/2 years’ experience as a Restaurant /Dining Hall/Bar /Kitchen /Functions Supervisor at reputable establishments in the Hospitality Industry/institution
