Qualifications and Experience
Current Certification and registration with AHPCZ as a Paramedic or previous experience as a Paramedic is required. •Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN): ICCN/ Nurse Anaesthetist is required or OT may be considered with applicable experience. •Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) required. •Critical Care Emergency Medicine Transport Program (CCEMTP) or similar ,Critical Care Course is required. •Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Associate Degree in nursing accepted, Bachelor of Nursing BS required. Hold and maintain a current, unrestricted NCZ Nursing License. Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) added advantage. *3 years of Flight Nurse or Critical Care experience (1-year minimum as a flight nurse is required) •Hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) •Current ITLS Trauma Certification.
