Financial Reporting Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:
-Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all operating units.
-Review unit-level financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to consolidation.
-Produce group management accounts, dashboards, and variance analysis.
-Develop and maintain group cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
-Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across operating units.
-Perform financial analysis to provide insight into group performance and key drivers.
-Support standardisation of reporting templates, policies, and reporting timelines.
-Liaise with unit finance teams to resolve reporting issues and improve data quality.
-Support internal and external audit processes through preparation of consolidated schedules.
-Provide analytical support to the Finance Executive to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Accounting or Finance.
-ACCA, CIMA, or CTA Level 2 is an added advantage.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably as an Accounts Officer or Assistant Accountant.
-Strong consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
-Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability with high attention to detail.
-Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple operating units and senior management.
