The Financial Clerk is responsible for assisting the company's financial department with daily financial record keeping, data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. This position requires attention to detail and good organizational and communication skills.
Accounting:
Enter and maintain financial data to ensure the accuracy of information.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, and track payments from customers and suppliers.
Financial Statements:
Assist in the preparation and generation of financial statements and statement analysis.
Prepare regular financial data summary reports.
Invoice Management:
Process daily invoices and bills to ensure timely payment and recording.
Follow up on unpaid accounts to ensure continuous collection of accounts receivable
Data Entry and Management:
Enter and maintain financial records in accounting software.
Prepare and classify financial documents and maintain a good document management system.
Education: Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, business management or related majors (or college degree and related work experience).
Experience: 1 to 2 years of financial-related work experience is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in office software, especially Excel and financial management software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Have a solid foundation in finance.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
