Assist with daily financial affairs, ensure accurate accounting and orderly fund management.
Participate in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts receivable and payable and salary payment.
Communicate with suppliers and customers, support audit work and maintain financial files.
Assist the Financial Manager in daily financial affairs, such as invoice review, reimbursement processing and account reconciliation.
Participate in the company's daily account processing and maintain the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and provide necessary financial data support.
Responsible for the daily management of cash and bank deposits to ensure accurate records of fund flows.
Handle salary payment, employee expense reimbursement and other financial related work.
Assist in financial file management to ensure the integrity and security of financial documents.
Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure clear accounts and timely payment and receipt of funds.
Cooperate with internal and external audit work and provide required financial information.
1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with relevant financial qualifications preferred.
Familiar with basic accounting standards and financial processing procedures.
Careful and rigorous, with strong data processing and logical thinking skills.
Proficient in using financial software and office software, such as Excel.
Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the team and external units.
