VACANCY: Finance Student Intern
Organisation: World Vision Zimbabwe
Location: Mberengwa x1

Purpose of the Role
The Finance Student Intern will support the Program Finance Officer with daily finance and administration tasks, gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist with asset updates and physical counts
-Support stock-taking processes
-Photocopy and file documents as required (including fuel & tollgate receipts)
-Assist with monthly financial explanations and reports
-Ensure all cash vouchers are complete and properly authorized before payments
-Verify supporting documents for audit purposes
-Maintain financial accuracy and integrity
-Uphold organisational core values
-Observe punctuality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications and Experience

-Currently studying towards a Finance or Accounting degree
-Exposure to accounting or cash handling is an added advantage
-Basic knowledge of computerized accounting systems (Excel, Word, etc.)
-Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
-High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
