Duties and Responsibilities

Support implementation of operational and financial management strategies focusing on achievement of the following results:
● Provide senior-level guidance and strategic insights to upper managemnt on financial performance drivers, risk factors, and value-enhancing opportunities.
● Oversee the development of sophisticated financial models, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making in M&A and strategic planning.and delivering recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis.
● Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams, including legal, tax, and operational consultants, to provide holistic due diligence and integration support.
● Conduct competitive analysis and market research to aid valuation, strategic positioning.
● Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering skill development in FP&A, financial modeling, and transaction advisory.
● Engage with executive teams and stakeholders, facilitating discussions
● Ensure rigorous attention to detail in financial documentation, upholding high standards in QoE assessments and M&A deliverables.
