Position Overview: As a Senior Manager in our Finance & Risk department, you will lead complex financial projects, providing high-quality financial analyses and due diligence support for M&A transactions. You will work closely with upper management to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions, drive financial performance, and assess potential risks Your responsibilities will encompass leadership in FP&A, quality of earnings assessments, risk assessment & mitigation and project management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support implementation of operational and financial management strategies focusing on achievement of the following results: ● Provide senior-level guidance and strategic insights to upper managemnt on financial performance drivers, risk factors, and value-enhancing opportunities. ● Oversee the development of sophisticated financial models, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making in M&A and strategic planning.and delivering recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis. ● Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams, including legal, tax, and operational consultants, to provide holistic due diligence and integration support. ● Conduct competitive analysis and market research to aid valuation, strategic positioning. ● Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering skill development in FP&A, financial modeling, and transaction advisory. ● Engage with executive teams and stakeholders, facilitating discussions ● Ensure rigorous attention to detail in financial documentation, upholding high standards in QoE assessments and M&A deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A -Master’s degree or additional certifications in the mentioned field is highly desirable. -Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting , with a strong focus on mining applications.
